Teamwork is very important and if you want the cup to balance you have to tell the other person in your group so thats why teamwork is very important.

You could never have made even one cup stand without your team. Teamwork made it a lot of fun. I couldn't imagine what it would be like without your team. Kylie Rowan

Teamwork is a big role in certain activities. If you didn't have teamwork it would be very hard to do certain things by yourself if there is a rule like you can't touch the object that you are trying to move to a different place.

This activity showed me that teamwork is more important than I thought, because it's harder to pull a rubber band apart by yourself than it is with five or six different people pulling in different angels. It's also easier, sometimes, with a team to stratagies different ideas.

Sure, teamwork can be useful in any situation - Washing the car, getting groceries, saving the world. But hey, if that said activity is nigh impossible without at LEAST a second person, then you pretty much have your work cut out for you, don't you? Eh, teamwork's still important anywhere you go.

The cup stack showed me that everyone needs to have an equal job. It also helps if ideas are presented by members of the group. Sometimes, when ideas are given, you need to comprimise and work together.
